Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant in Exton, PA to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through welcoming service and strong store operations. You’ll ensure the sales floor is set with the right products, prices, and signages and assist guests on the floor and in the fitting room.

Responsibilities include driving sales, using store tools to understand performance, moving freight to the floor, maintaining visual merchandising, and upholding safety and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store.
• Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies and basic visual merchandising.
• Industry trends including style, seasonality, and brand differentiation.
• Set, fill, and price the floor according to what is most important to the guest.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards, signing, and staying informed on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use data to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute backroom organization and support replenishment and guest requests.
