Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests on the sales floor and maintain a high-energy, visually compelling retail environment. You will help guests discover styles, ensure pricing and signage are correct, and keep the floor stocked and inviting.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and adaptability in a busy store, including nights, weekends and peak times, with training on product knowledge and the store’s tools to assist guests and maintain safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service fundamentals and a guest-first culture.
• Retail business fundamentals including pricing, promotions, inventory, and basic visual merchandising.
• Ability to set, fill, and price the floor to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and support guest needs.
• Move merchandise from truck to floor and backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support the guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability with priority and manual fills to keep the floor full.
• Support backroom organization for replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to enhance shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and clearance merchandising.
