Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to support a fast-paced store environment with a focus on guest experience, operations, and compelling visual merchandising. You will ensure floors are stocked, priced, and signed with the right sizes and colors, assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, and help drive sales through knowledgeable service.

You will learn store tools, participate in merchandising, assist with backroom organization, and uphold safety and compliance while welcoming

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store.
• Retail operations basics including inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Visual merchandising knowledge and color coordination for displays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and pricing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests as needed.
• Sort freight to the sales floor and manage backroom organization for replenishment.
• Maintain and merchandise the floor to meet guest demand and brand standards.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and a welcoming guest experience.
