Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to welcome guests and deliver an exceptional store experience. You will help maintain the sales floor, assist guests with product choices, and support replenishment and merchandising tasks to keep shelves accurate and inviting.

Ideal candidates are energized by fast-paced retail, value teamwork, and can communicate clearly using store devices and scanners. This role includes lifting and standing for long periods in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service preferred.
• Ability to communicate across devices and use handheld scanners.
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Target systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by upholding visual standards.
• Understand and explain assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Maintain and price floor with accurate signs and sizes.
