The Brand Representative at Crocker Park, Westlake, is expected to deliver a world-class guest experience, assist guests with finding merchandise, and meet personal sales goals.

You will maintain product knowledge, stock shelves, process transactions via POS, support inventory tasks, and work with the team to uphold store standards and a welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine needs, help with finding merchandise and offer styling tips.
• Achieve personal sales goals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and maintain store standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and understand features, benefits, and pricing.
• Keep shelves organized, displays visually appealing, and store clean.
• Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory tasks including receiving shipments and counts.
