Talbots in Sunbury, OH is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience, promote merchandise, and build strong brand relationships. You will contribute to store sales, assist management, and participate in service enhancements to engage customers.

Ideal candidates bring fashion sense, love of styling, and strong communication. The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Take an active role in assisting the management team to build store business.
• Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Service multiple customers at a time, multi-task and/or handle projects simultaneously.
• Be aware of fashion trends and information about arrivals, fit and color.
• Use product knowledge to create outfits and suggest items.
• Maximize individual performance with feedback and learning opportunities.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in clientelling/outreach and appointments.
