Job summary

KnitWell Group in Simpsonville, KY is hiring a Sales Associate to act as a brand ambassador, offering personalized styling, keeping merchandise organized, and guiding customers through a seamless shopping journey. You’ll partner with teammates to deliver personalized experiences, use technology and POS tools for a smooth omnichannel experience, and help uphold visual standards while driving brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
