Ann Taylor in Edinburgh Premium Outlets is seeking a friendly Sales Associate who serves as the brand ambassador on the sales floor. You will guide customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations and keep merchandise beautifully organized to impress guests.

You will collaborate with your team to deliver authentic experiences, share product knowledge, and drive brand loyalty through hospitality and proactive service.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
