Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meets sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and knowledge of products.
• Maintains knowledge of current promotions and pricing, and visual standards.
• Supports replenishment and store presentation according to directives.
• Models MAPS and delivers a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Resolves customer concerns promptly and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Processes payments, returns and exchanges in accordance with policies.
• Signs up clients for rewards and builds a client following through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Maintains knowledge of product fit and style in-store and online.
• Maintains store organization and participates in floor sets as directed.
