Responsibilities

• Meets company sales goals by using sales techniques and product knowledge; assists customers in locating merchandise.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions and keeps pricing and visual standards.
• Maintains merchandising handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed.
• Participates in visual directives including monthly store sets and floor maintenance.
• Promotes MAPS principles and offers a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Ensures prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Ensures efficient checkout with knowledge of payments, coupons, returns and security practices.
• Reinforces buying decisions at checkout and supports gift card sales.
• Signs up clients for rewards program and builds client following via clienteling.
• Maintains knowledge of product fit and style in-store and online.
• Uses clienteling tools for communications with customers.
