LOFT Outlet in Somerville, MA is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate to join our team on the sales floor. You will help customers with styling, keep merchandise organized, and deliver a welcoming in-store experience that reflects the LOFT brand.

In this role, you’ll listen to customer needs, share product knowledge, and contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
