Job summary

maurices is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Stylists/Sales Support) to deliver exceptional customer service and build wardrobes. You will participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation while focusing on customer needs to reach sales goals.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Goal/achievement oriented.
• Some technical aptitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections.
• Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter.
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication to stay informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pickup.
