Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections.
• Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter.
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology to be well-informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process; contribute to omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up.
• Assist with in-store merchandising and promotions to meet sales goals.
