Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service business, preferably in retail.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Be available to work a varied schedule based on our unique retail business.
• Pay Transparency: $20.25 per hour, ability to earn additional incentives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and contribute to store goals.
• Provide unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and to Equinox.
• Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products.
• Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies.
