Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and deepen client relationships through personalized outreach and follow-up
• Recommend merchandise across channels using an omni-channel approach
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across categories to advise clients
• Capture customer data and utilize discovery to personalize service
• Support store operations including visual merchandising, inventory control, and after care
• Act on NPS feedback and implement hospitality best practices to enhance the store experience

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience
• Proven history of driving sales and achieving results
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
