Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a CQV STW Maintenance Technician for a 12-month, fully onsite contract in Holly Springs, NC. The technician will help bring critical systems online and prepare them for commissioning and qualification within a large-scale production environment.

Responsibilities include startup activities, system walkdowns, fault resolution, and collaboration with engineers to ensure readiness and safety compliance in a GMP manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of hands‑on industrial or mechanical experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform system walkdowns independently.
• Experience working with energized systems, tools, and basic mechanical repairs.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices; OSHA or similar certifications are a plus.
• Comfortable performing physical work and operating equipment such as scissor lifts (training provided if needed).

The CQV STW Maintenance Technician will play a key role in bringing critical systems online and preparing them for commissioning and qualification within a large-scale production environment.

Compensation for the CQV STW Maintenance Technician:

• Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000/year (USD)
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave if required by law, and 401K
