Qualifications

• Valid Maine Educational Technician III Certification (022).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to establish positive relationships while maintaining clear expectations.
• Knowledge of restorative practices, trauma-informed approaches, PBIS, MTSS, and RTI is preferred.
• CHRC (Criminal History Record Check) required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned study halls and maintain a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
• Monitor attendance, student movement, and study hall expectations.
• Encourage students to use study time effectively while providing academic support and reinforcement as appropriate.
• Build positive relationships with students while promoting responsibility, organization, and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student success.
• Assist with student supervision and other duties as assigned by the building principal.
