Job summary

H Mart in Lyndhurst, NJ is seeking a Videographer to join our production team. You will collaborate with a creative director and staff to plan, shoot, and deliver high quality video content for our brand and culinary initiatives.

You will handle equipment selection, setup, lighting, audio, and post-production edits, including captions and graphics. A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ experience are preferred, with an interest in Asian food a plus, and company benefits apply.

Qualifications

Degree in motion graphics or video production or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant videography experience.
Proficiency with editing software and color correction.
Interest or knowledge in Asian cuisine is a plus.
Experience working with a creative team and production workflow.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a creative director to plan and produce video content.
Figure out what type of equipment to use and set up cameras, lighting, and audio.
Clean and disassemble hardware and maintain gear.
Set up and tear down cameras, lighting, audio, and props.
Calibrate and maintain equipment; troubleshoot issues.
Interview people and craft a film clip from raw footage.
Work in the studio as part of a production team to edit video.
Insert closed captions, graphics, or on-screen text into videos.
Add computer graphics and effects to enhance outputs.
