Job summary

Leaf Home in Hudson, OH is seeking a senior Videographer to lead the creation of high-quality video content for brand campaigns across channels. You will own cinematography, lighting, audio, editing, motion graphics, and post-production.

You will collaborate with Creative and Production teams, plan shoots, deliver assets across platforms, and maintain production workflows. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years' experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional videography or related creative discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating cinematography, editing, and post-production skills.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio workflows.
• Experience creating motion graphics and visual effects.
• Experience producing content for social, digital, and broadcast channels.
• Ability to independently manage video projects from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality video content for brand, marketing, social media, digital, and broadcast initiatives.
• Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to develop and execute video concepts from direction to final delivery.
• Plan and execute video productions with professional cameras, lighting, and audio, including interviews and product demos.
• Edit footage into polished content with pacing, color, typography, and motion graphics.
• Adapt and deliver assets across multiple platforms and formats while ensuring quality control.
• Organize production assets and stay current with industry best practices.
