Job summary

Beast Industries is seeking a Studio Technology Engineer to join MrBeast’s production IT team in Greenville, NC. You’ll work on-site across live shoots, networks, and on-set tech to enable complex productions.

This role is not a desk job; you’ll be in the room when cameras roll, shaping technology from concept to deployment. You’ll lead engineering-level IT operations across identity, endpoints, networks, and systems integrations, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted workflows and automation

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hands-on IT, systems, or solutions engineering in fast-paced environments.
• Production or live-event experience with broadcast or streaming.
• Solid networking for temporary or on-site deployments (Wi-Fi, VLANs, VPN).
• Agentic AI use: built workflows or automation tools beyond chat.
• Strong ability to scope, document, and communicate with non-technical creatives.

Responsibilities

• Support productions on the ground and on-set networks.
• Design, deploy, and teardown networks for shoots and studios.
• Maintain AV and livestream rigs, on-site tech, and loaner hardware fleet.
• Scope technology projects and translate concepts into technical plans.
• Write scoping docs and coordinate cross-team delivery.
• Own identity and access, endpoint management, and system integrations.
• Participate in budgeting, planning, and supplier decisions.
• Develop AI-powered automations and internal tools for production teams.
