Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience. You will drive memberships, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life while working with a fun, motivated team.

This is a part-time role with flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, reporting to the Studio Manager. Prior retail/fitness sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail and/or fitness sales experience required.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership and class bookings through proactive sales.
• Build relationships with members and support their needs.
• Hit daily/shift sales targets; maintain accurate records.
• Represent BODYBAR at events and promote the brand.
• Keep bookings and member interactions logged.
• Ensure welcoming studio vibe before and after classes.

BODYBAR Pilates is looking for a high-energy, people-loving Sales Associate to help grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a part‑time role with flexible hours (including early morning, evening and weekend shifts), reporting to the Studio Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Positive, high energy attitude and personality
• Goal‑oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in‑person, via phone and email
• Passionate about sales
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
• Proficient with computers and studio software
• Retail and/or fitness sales experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
