Job summary

RH Interior Design is seeking a Studio Project Leader to guide key phases of interior design projects, from client consultations to installation. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope changes, and maintain comprehensive design documentation for high-end projects worldwide.

The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to travel up to 25% domestically. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in interior design project management, experience in design firms or luxury

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in interior design/architecture.
• Experience in design firms or luxury retail environments is preferred.
• Commit to ongoing education and professional growth.
• Strategically focused with a relationship-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
• Local, domestic travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for clientele across all RH Interior Design touchpoints.
• Collaborate across design phases including client consultations, site assessments, design development, 3D renderings, presentations, and installations.
• Coordinate all phases from consultations and site visits to orders and installations.
• Lead and communicate with outsourced vendors, artisans, and showrooms.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for trades, construction teams, PMs, and real estate personnel.
• Document scope changes with approvals and proper communication.
• Align resources and timelines with procurement, logistics, and sales teams.
• Maintain project schedules and provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders.
