Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Designer in Chicago. You will lead high-end 3D design, CGI visualization, and retail concepts, mentoring junior designers and collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team to deliver channel-ready creative.

You’ll work in an in-office setting four days per week, applying a mix of 3D skill, motion, and integrated branding across social, digital, and retail formats, with AI-enabled workflows to accelerate output.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrates broad design craft and strong 3D capability: product visualization, retail environments, motion, and digital work.
• Advanced proficiency in Cinema 4D and rendering with Octane or Redshift; Blender is acceptable as an equivalent.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; capable of compositing 3D and live-action elements.
• Ability to lead execution independently and mentor junior designers in a fast-paced studio.

Responsibilities

• Lead design execution across social, digital, campaign, email, OOH, retail, and brand toolkit formats.
• Own the studio's 3D capability— CGI visualization, retail concepts, environmental renders, packaging briefs.
• Create 3D motion and animation for social and digital channels to drive engagement.
• Interpret briefs independently, propose solutions, and manage workload with pace and precision.
• Collaborate with Creative Director on development, elevating work quality across the team.
• Work with copywriters, strategists, producers, and accounts to deliver cohesive creative.
• Apply brand guidelines across multiple Mark Anthony identities with consistency.
• Mentor junior designers and share technical knowledge generously.
• Use Gen AI tools to enhance ideation, workflows, and teach others to use them responsibly.
• Stay ahead of 3D/design trends and bring fresh perspectives to the studio.
