Job summary

NewWorld Inc. is seeking a Production/Program Manager to oversee multiple shows, providing a single, current view of schedule, milestones, and dependencies across the slate.

You will collaborate with producers, showrunners, and executives to keep development through production on track and visible to leadership. You will run the studio rhythm—slate reviews, status reports, calendars, and trackers—resolving conflicts, trade-offs, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or production management, ideally across several productions or projects at once in media, entertainment, or digital content
• A track record of keeping several productions on schedule simultaneously
• Strong command of schedules, budgets, dependencies, and reporting
• Experience collaborating with producers, creative leads, and executives
• Fluency with project management and collaboration tools
• Comfort spotting risks early and raising them clearly
• Knowledge of how shows are launched and promoted on social platforms and how platform performance is measured
• Excellent organization and multi-project management

Responsibilities

• Maintain a single, current view of every show’s schedule, milestones, and status
• Identify risks and conflicts across shows early, and present options to the Executive Producer
• Track budgets and resources across the slate with the Executive Producer, Studios
• Keep the Chief Creative Officer informed on creative milestones, reviews, and approvals across every show
• Track launch milestones with production to keep dates, assets, and promotion on the calendar
• Schedule regular performance check-ins for each show after release and track agreed changes
• Work with each Producer to set and hold production calendars and deliverables
• Ensure smooth handoffs between development, production, and post
• Ensure each show has what it needs before each stage begins
• Maintain schedules for casting, branding, and promotional assets from first call to final files
• Prepare slate reviews and weekly status reporting for studio leadership
• Turn the studio’s greenlight processes into trackers and calendars
• Capture lessons learned from post-mortems to improve future shows
• Improve studio workflows as the slate grows
