Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Production Coordinator for our Creative Operations & Studio team in Jersey City. You will manage day-to-day booking of freelance and internal crews for ecommerce shoots, create shot lists and call sheets, and coordinate with sample ops and marketing to ensure sample readiness.

You will help set up the studio and support shoots, castings, fittings, catering, and post-production tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day booking of freelance and internal crews for ecommerce shoots.
• Create and distribute shot lists and call sheets.
• Collaborate with sample ops team and marketing to assess sample readiness for shoots.
• Set up the studio before shoots and support other shoots and projects including castings, fittings, catering.
• Maintain production planning system and timelines across pre-production, production and post-production.
