Cinemark in Plano seeks a Studio Partnerships & Promotions Specialist to support omni-channel marketing campaigns with studios, third-party vendors and new customers. You will coordinate assets, routing for approvals, and invoice processing to keep campaigns on track.

The role requires strong project management, budget tracking, and clear cross‑functional communication. You’ll contribute to marketing pitches, provide timely reporting, and ensure campaigns meet business goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in strategic partnerships, agency or media sales.
• Strong collaboration and communication across levels.
• Detail oriented with ability to plan and organize in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for studios, vendors and new customers.
• Support marketing campaigns with cross-functional communication tools and briefings.
• Support development of marketing pitches for clients and partners.
• Submit project requests via Workfront and see projects through execution.
• Assisting with marketing budgets including invoices and PO processing.
• Maintain marketing and performance tracking documents.
