Job summary

Accenture Marketing Operations is seeking a Studio Operator to support multiple production functions in the Memphis, TN studio. The role involves camera operations, styling, merchandise coordination, and studio upkeep under the guidance of the Studio Manager and senior leaders.

The position requires at least 6 months of photography or design studio experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. Associate Degree in Fine Arts or related coursework is a bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in the photography industry or design studio field.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing conditions and deadlines.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepping/ripping photo sets according to lighting diagrams.
• Capturing product images on set.
• Reviewing final images and coordinating with stylist or lead operator for adjustments.
• Ensure SKU and angle match the product on hand.
• Prep merchandise and style on set per styling guides.
• Remove styling implements before merchandise is returned.
• Unpack and check in merchandise, then pack for client return.
• Maintain daily priorities and communicate with the team.
