Orangetheory Fitness in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Studio Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations, drive revenue, and develop staff at our studio. You will oversee sales processes, scheduling, staffing, and member engagement while delivering exceptional service and upholding brand standards.

The role requires a dynamic leader with proven sales experience, strong communication, and a passion for fitness and people. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of sales leadership and management experience (fitness industry preferred).
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience hiring, training, and coaching teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all studio operations including sales, staffing, scheduling, and facilities.
• Drive studio revenue through lead generation, community outreach, and in-studio marketing.
• Oversee the entire sales process from inquiry to membership conversion.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Provide regular coaching and performance reviews to staff.
• Plan promotional events and member engagement initiatives.
• Uphold brand standards and corporate policies across operations.
• Maintain high level of customer service and address escalated member concerns.
• Manage budgets, payroll, inventory, cost controls, and vendor relations.
