Job summary

Museum Paintbar is seeking a Stores Manager to oversee daily studio operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will actively coach staff, manage schedules, and coordinate private events while maintaining high standards for food safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of full-time management, experience in arts or customer-facing settings, and comfort guiding group painting sessions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in art, business, marketing, finance, or related field, or equivalent management experience.
• Experience in the arts and in customer-facing environments like a bar or restaurant.
• Group art instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily studio operations and the team.
• Provide step-by-step instruction during painting sessions.
• Prepare and run private events and parties from setup through breakdown.
• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality.
• Drive sales through effective guest conversations and service.
