Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in the Atlanta area is seeking a full-time Studio Manager to lead in-studio operations and drive guest satisfaction. The role requires 40 hours per week with two weekend shifts per month, and the ability to schedule the team to meet studio needs.

We offer a competitive base salary plus bonuses and commissions, unlimited sauna sessions, and generous PTO after 90 days along with holiday closures and opportunities for professional growth.

• Ensuring front desk processes, check-ins, inquiries, and new memberships are correctly handled.
