Job summary

Kidcreate Studio Bethesda seeks a Part-Time Studio Manager & Lead Instructor to lead daily studio operations and teach art/STEAM classes for children 18 months through 12 years. You will inspire families, support instructors, and ensure every class, camp, party, and event reflects the Kidcreate experience.

Qualifications

Experience leading or managing a team.
Experience teaching art, STEAM, or youth programs.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using technology for scheduling and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day studio operations and open/close as needed.
Teach art and STEAM classes to ages 18 months–12 years.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor instructors.
Build relationships with schools and community groups.
Help increase enrollment and coordinate events.
Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and email.
Ensure a safe, engaging environment for children and staff.
