Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Newport, KY is seeking a driven Studio Manager to lead the front desk, solve problems, and guide the team toward membership growth.

In this full-time leadership role, you'll drive the member experience, coach staff, and ensure smooth studio operations while embodying energy, accountability, and customer service excellence. You will be the face of the brand, build relationships with members, and lead initiatives to improve service and retention.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment (fitness industry a plus!)
• People-first mindset with a passion for health, wellness, and community
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A problem-solving approach to challenges

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing front desk team to deliver top-tier service.
• Resolve member concerns with care and provide a welcoming environment for members.
• Lead by example to meet sales goals and maximize memberships and leads.
• Greet members, learn their stories, and be the trusted front desk contact.
• Own membership paperwork, billing issues, and backstage systems to run smoothly.
