Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Studio Manager in Saint Paul, MN. You will lead daily studio operations, motivate a sales team, manage members, staff and vendors, and ensure a top-tier guest experience while hitting performance goals.

The ideal candidate is energetic, people-focused, and committed to health and fitness. You’ll oversee scheduling, training, and store-wide initiatives in a fast-paced, member-centric environment.
