Job summary

A leading fitness franchise is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee all operations of the fitness studio. The role includes leading and developing a sales team, ensuring premium customer service, and maintaining studio cleanliness. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of management experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.
• Experience working in a quota bearing structure preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and scheduling process of new hires.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales & Ops Manager to train, develop, and coach sales staff.
• Ensure all front desk processes are followed.
• Develop a high energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation.
