Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.
Experience working in a quota bearing structure preferred.
CPR/AED certification required within the first 90 days.
Responsibilities
Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and scheduling process of new hires.
Work closely with the Regional Sales & Ops Manager to train, develop, and coach sales staff.
Ensure all front desk processes are followed.
Develop a high energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation.
