Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.
• Experience working in a quota bearing structure preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required: either upon hire or within the first 90 days.

• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and scheduling process of new hires.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales & Ops Manager to train sales staff.
• Ensure highest level of customer service across all team members.
