Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Studio Manager who leads with energy, builds community, and changes lives. You’ll set the tone for every visit, shaping the big-picture strategy and ensuring the small, personal touches that make members feel welcome.

You’ll coach a high-energy sales team and own day-to-day studio operations to support growth. You’ll create a welcoming experience for members, staff, vendors, and guests, solve problems quickly, and keep the energy high while holding your team

Formación

• Natural leader with people-first approach (from ad).

• Leadership or management experience (Orangetheory experience a plus).
