You should be able to motivate a sales team, listen well, stay fit, and have fun. When something goes wrong, you fix it. You recognize members on milestones and you strive to surpass sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio and oversee a team of staff and instructors.
• Engage with members, guests, vendors, and visitors to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
• Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Own the big picture and the small details, ensuring quality experiences and smooth processes.
• Respond to issues promptly and fix problems as they arise.
• Recognize and celebrate member milestones to promote engagement and retention.
