Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a studio manager for our Camarillo location to lead daily operations, drive member experience, and guide team performance. You will supervise staff, oversee member interactions, and ensure a high-energy, friendly environment aligned with our values.

Responsibilities include motivating the sales team to meet goals, recognizing member milestones, and managing overall studio performance.
