Perspire Sauna Studio in Los Angeles is seeking a full‑time Studio Manager to join our leadership team. The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, elevating guest experiences, and ensuring a fun, professional environment while guiding staff to achieve high performance.

The successful candidate will lead a high‑performing team, engage guests at the front desk, and uphold exceptional service standards with urgency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team to meet or exceed sales and service goals, with a track record of results.
• Strong sense of urgency paired with the ability to inspire others.
• Available to work the early opening, late closing, and 7 days a week schedule.
• A history of excellence and a drive for continuous improvement beyond “just OK”.
