Job summary

Third is seeking a U.S.-based independent contractor to produce high-performing livestream commerce experiences from our Los Angeles studio. You will create engaging host-led streams, shape formats and selling strategies, and drive results for client brands.

You’ll coach hosts, collaborate with Client Success and content teams, and ensure brands are represented consistently across streams. This studio-based role emphasizes performance, creativity, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience producing on-camera content, especially livestream commerce or social commerce.
• Ability to coach talent and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong storytelling, product knowledge, audience engagement, and selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop talking points, product demos, storytelling approaches, objections, and audience engagement strategies.
• Brainstorm and test livestream formats and selling techniques to improve engagement and performance.
• Partner with clients and Client Success to understand goals and talent needs.
• Coach hosts on product prep, storytelling, and value-based selling across price points.
• Provide real-time coaching to improve confidence and on-camera presence.
• Refine show flow and production quality with the team to keep content fresh.
• Create and coordinate assets (overlays, graphics, countdowns) using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite as needed.
• Produce promo and preheat videos for regular streams and Mega Live events.
• Keep up with live commerce trends and translate into new ideas for clients and talent.
• Participate in brand immersion sessions to understand products, audiences, and campaign goals.
