Job summary

Third is seeking a U.S.-based independent contractor to produce high-performing live shopping streams from our Los Angeles studio. The Livestream Commerce Producer is a hands-on role at the intersection of talent development and show production, shaping formats, selling strategies, and production elements that make our livestreams engaging and commercially effective.

You’ll coach hosts, collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure every stream reflects the brand and drives results, and

Qualifications

• Experience producing on-camera content for livestream commerce.
• Ability to coach hosts and adapt to personalities.
• Strong storytelling, product knowledge, audience engagement, and selling tactics.
• Organized with ability to manage casting and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop fresh talking points, product demos, storytelling approaches, objection-handling techniques, and audience engagement strategies.
• Brainstorm and test new livestream formats, selling techniques, interactive segments, and show flows to improve engagement and performance.
• Partner with clients and Client Success to understand brand goals, target audiences, and talent requirements.
• Coach hosts on preparation, storytelling, value-based selling, and selling across price points.
• Provide real-time coaching to improve confidence and on-camera presence.
