Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a STUDIO LFT Coach to deliver a high-energy, closely coached group strength workout while providing an outstanding member experience at our Bellevue, Nebraska facility.

You will coach with enthusiasm, demonstrate proper form, modify movements, engage members, and promote additional VASA products. The role requires 1 year of group or personal training, an NCCA-accredited certification, CPR/AED, and a passion for helping others reach goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of personal or group fitness training experience.
• NCCA-accredited PT certification and CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to lead, coach, and engage a group of people.
• Strong multi-tasking and high-energy coaching style.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual, greet members, start class on time.
• Demonstrate exercises with modifications and correct form.
• Engage and coach members throughout the workouts.
• Provide friendly, professional, energetic instruction.
• Suggest additional VASA products and amenities as suited.
• Encourage non-members to attend STUDIO LFT classes.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and room readiness.
