Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore Houston is seeking a STUDIO Fitting Specialist to join our team part-time. You will deliver a world-class, appointment-based fitting experience using advanced fitting technologies and expert product knowledge.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will educate customers on club and ball technology, help select the right components, and train fellow associates on fitting techniques while maintaining store standards and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of club fitting and golf equipment sales experience preferred.
• GED or high school diploma required; OEM training a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service during appointment-based fitting.
• Execute a specialized fitting experience with key vendor components.
• Educate customers on club/ball technology and fitting techniques.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and vendor relationships.
• Teach and train associates on fitting techniques and product makeups.
