Job summary

A fitness studio company based in Eden Prairie is looking for a General Manager to oversee all studio functions including sales, membership growth, and staff management. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in retail or fitness sales, proficiency in generating sales, and the ability to manage multiple revenue streams while providing excellent customer service. The position offers a salary between $55,000 and $60,000, along with performance bonuses and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Ability to generate personal sales and train Sales Associates.
• Must manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process for Intro classes.
• Manage staff schedule and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Train and supervise Sales Associates.
