Job summary

YogaSix Redondo Beach is hiring a Front Desk Sales Associate/Wellness Advisor to support the General Manager with membership sales and retention. You will greet members, assist with class selections, transact merchandise, and help maintain a welcoming studio environment.

This role requires excellent sales and customer service skills, fluent English, and comfort with Club Ready software. The position offers $18.00 per hour with potential commissions and growth within the studio.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English with strong communication via in person, phone and email.
• Able to learn Club Ready software and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by the General Manager.
• Conduct studio tours to build rapport and facilitate sales.
• Know products, programs and pricing to assist customers.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly quotas.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment.
