VASA Fitness in Longmont, Colorado seeks a Studio FLOW Yoga Instructor to lead engaging yoga sessions and support members in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

The role requires teaching yoga, tailoring sequences to different levels, and delivering an upbeat, high-energy class experience aligned with VASA’s values. This hourly, non-exempt position offers benefits and opportunities to grow with a passionate team.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience teaching yoga
• RYT 200/500 or comparable certification
• Current CPR/AED Certification
• Experience leading and coaching groups
• Ability to create adaptable yoga sequences for multiple levels
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others reach goals
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Willingness to travel locally for training or support

Responsibilities

• Exemplify guiding principles and uphold UPLIFT values
• Care for members by recommending relevant VASA products and amenities
• Provide instruction tailored to individual fitness levels
• Bring unique personality to Studio Flow classes
• Be punctual and prepared, greet members at the door
• Safely demonstrate yoga postures and monitor participants
• Post-class cleaning, sanitizing and organizing for a safe environment
• Be approachable and responsive to member needs and concerns
• Invite non-members to attend Studio Flow classes during workouts
