Job summary

VASA Fitness seeks Studio FLOW Instructors to deliver engaging yoga experiences and motivate members in a results-driven environment. Instructors foster an inclusive, vibrant gym culture while ensuring safety and post-class care in a busy studio setting.

The role requires 0–1 year of yoga instruction, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to coach groups with energy and empathy. Willingness to travel locally for training and events is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience teaching yoga.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• Experience in leading, communicating, coaching, teaching, or facilitating a group.
• Knowledge of creating yoga sequences for multiple experience levels.
• Passionate about fitness, changing lives and helping others reach goals.
• Maintains upbeat, high-energy environment when coaching.
• Local travel may be required for support or training.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify our guiding principles and UPLIFT values in daily work.
• Connect with members and recommend relevant VASA products/amenities.
• Provide tailored instruction based on members' fitness levels.
• Bring unique personality to complement Studio Flow formats.
• Be punctual and prepared; greet members at the door.
• Safely demonstrate yoga postures and monitor participants.
• Execute post-class procedures: cleaning, sanitizing, organizing.
• Offer excellent customer service and promptly respond to member needs.
• Invite non-members to attend Studio Flow classes during workouts.
