Job summary

VASA Fitness in Colorado Springs is seeking a Studio FLOW Yoga Instructor to join our team. This Zen, knowledgeable instructor will guide Studio FLOW members through engaging yoga experiences, tailoring sequences to all levels and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

The position is non-exempt and paid at $30.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth in a vibrant club culture geared toward unity, effort, and energy.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of yoga instruction experience.
• RYT 200/500 or comparable yoga certification.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Experience leading groups and coaching.
• Ability to create yoga sequences for multiple levels.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify guiding principles and uplift core values.
• Connect with members and recommend relevant VASA products.
• Provide instruction tailored to fitness abilities and experience.
• Bring unique personality to Studio Flow formats.
• Be punctual, prepared, and greet members on time.
• Demonstrate poses safely and monitor participants.
• Clean and sanitize after class and keep the space bright.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to needs.
• Invite non-members to try Studio Flow during workouts.
