Golf & Tennis Pro Shop, Inc. d/b/a PGA TOUR Superstore in La Quinta, California is looking for a STUDIO Fitting Specialist responsible for delivering world-class service and building lasting customer relationships. The specialist will focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining a fully booked schedule, while providing expert knowledge on golf products.
The ideal candidate will have experience in club fitting, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage customers effectively. This role offers a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.25 USD per hour

The STUDIO Fitting Specialist reports to the Sales and Service Manager and is responsible for engaging every customer to provide world‑class service, building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business. Key duties include achieving KPIs—sales targets, sales per hour, and booking percentages—while proactively expanding the client base and maintaining a fully booked schedule. The role also involves front‑end operations, ensuring the STUDIO area is visually appealing and operational, and providing expert knowledge on products and services. Executing club fittings, staying updated on promotions, and providing consistent feedback to improve the customer experience are also essential.
Stand for extended periods, climb ladders, move throughout the store, and lift a 30lb. box overhead.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
Ability to learn business fundamentals quickly with appropriate training.
Demonstrate strong self‑accountability and proactive drive for results.
