Job summary

Live Nation Studios seeks a Director of Finance to lead production finance and provide clear, timely visibility into project and slate financial performance. Embedded in Studio, you’ll partner with Corporate Finance to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and controls across budgets, cash flow, and close processes.

You will build Studio-level budgets, manage forecasts, and develop dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in finance, accounting, production finance, or related discipline.
• Experience with tax incentives and production financing.
• Experience partnering with production and executive leadership.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production finance and accounting across the Studio slate, including cost reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and project close.
• Serve as the primary finance partner to Live Nation Studios leadership.
• Develop Studio-level budgets and forecasts and prepare regular financial reporting for leadership.
• Monitor budgets, cost reports, commitments, and cost-to-complete forecasts; identify financial risks or variances.
• Oversee vendor payments, accruals, reconciliations, and project close in partnership with Corporate Accounting.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility across the Studio slate.
• Support tax incentive tracking and forecasting and long-term financial planning.
